The project includes Landmeier Road only, and does not include resurfacing the intersection at IL Route 83 (Busse Road). Work at the intersection with IL Route 83 includes traffic signal relocation and ADA improvements. The gross length of the project is 1,982 feet (0.375 mile) and the net length of the project is 1,785 feet (0.338 mile) This work consists of hot-mix asphalt surface and binder course removal, pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt binder course, hot-mix asphalt surface course, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, new drainage structures and storm sewer, sidewalk removal and replacement, new sidewalk, traffic signal relocation, Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) and ADA improvements, structure adjustments, pavement markings along with all incidental and collateral work to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein.
