The work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and appurtenances necessary to satisfactorily complete the smoke testing of approximately 6,126 l.f. of existing sanitary sewer in various locations in Elk Grove Town ship, Cook County, Illinois. Each proposal must be submit ted on the proposal forms included in the bidding documents and must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check on a solvent bank or trust company made payable to the Elk Grove Town ship Sanitary Sewer System in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as assurance that the bid is made in good faith. Successful bidder will be required to furnish to Township all required certificates of insurance before starting the project. Elk Grove Town ship Sanitary Sewer Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding documents or procedures and to award the contract to a bidder which best serves the interest of Elk Grove Town ship Sanitary Sewer Board after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
