Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the design and build of a fueling system equipped with one (1) split 10,000-gallon steel aboveground storage tank (4000-gallons for gasoline and 6000-gallons for diesel), fuel dispensers and subsequent plumbing for the fueling of fleet vehicles at the 1635 Biesterfield Road Public Works Yard and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project within Village limits as shown on plans and as described in Specifications, Plans and the Request for Proposal. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. All proposers must be prequalified prior to receiving proposal packets.
