The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of 103 sanitary manholes and 2 valve vaults, including but not limited to, preconstruction televising, post-construction televising, manhole repair reports, manhole lining, internal chimney seals, repair manhole bench/channel, curtaingrout manholes, site restoration and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project within Village limits as described in the Project Manual and Contract Document PW-2526-10. The approved manhole lining system for this project is OBIC, LLC. This work must be completed by firms and individuals trained in the manufacturer's installation methods and possess at least five years of work experience with the manufacturer's products. Prospective bidders are advised to care fully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Plans of this document. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets. Once the prequalification form is reviewed and approved by the Village an electronic bid proposal packet will be sent via e-mail to the approved bidder(s).
