Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of June 25, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** SCI Muncy is soliciting bids to furnish and install equipment to upgrade door control system and new intercom system per the attached statement of work. Furnish and install equipment to upgrade Housing Unit RHU door control system and new intercom system. Develop a supervisory control and Data acquisition application to monitor and control the existing cell blocks with supplied Allen Bradley PLC equipment. The system will include development of new graphics display screens for all four cell blocks and entrance and exit areas. Integrate new intercom system into the upgraded PLC. o 3 control panel mounting panels to install in existing enclosure o Replace current TOA master station with microphone intercom station All work to be completed by contractor inside secure perimeter at State Correctional Institution at Muncy, successful bidder must pass background checks for installing employees. Contractor must provide a one year warranty on equipment and be capable of providing a 2 hour response time for service calls.
