**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to CH+N Site Construction, with an awarded amount of $39,961.65.** The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Silver Mine Park Stream Bank and Walking Trail Repair as further described in the Contract Documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 15% of the total Base Bid.
