Schiefer Contractors, Inc., awarded amount is $ 52,607.50 ** 6th Avenue Improvements Project Project generally comprises of 2,950 S.Y. of 1.5" milling, 270 ton of overlay, 7 ton of base repair, and striping. Questions Due Date: Apr 15th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of Royersford, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Materialmen's Bond. Prior to awarding the contract, bids may be held by the Borough of Royersford for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders. The Borough of Royersford reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the Borough, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
