Pipe replacement service at locations in Smyth County for the Abingdon Residency of the Bristol District. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms, licensed by the Virginia Board of Contractors as a Class A Contractor, to provide pipe replacement services on Rt 16 at GPS location: 36.811061 -81.425949, 36.811160 -81.425703, 36.758612 -81.422631 in Smyth County for the VDOT Abingdon Residency in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
