Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marion, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a 40,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and supervision to remove and replace asphalt paving in two (2) locations at Hungry Mother State Park Question Deadline 07/11/2025 Questions related to how to complete the required attachments should be directed to the Contracting Officer via email, no later than five (5) days prior to the close of bidding to ensure that answers can be returned.
