Site work for a civil project in Marion, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 14, No Bid Tab/Award available, will be posted on CE ws when available The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a residential grinder sewer pump station; approximately 165 ft of 4-inch PVC sewer line; 165 ft of inch PE waterline; demolishing an existing septic tank; and connections to the Town of Marion water and sewer system. Question Deadline 07/15/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Project is funded through the Virginia Department of Health Septic and Well Assistance Program (SWAP).
