The City of Tucson is requesting bids from firms qualified to provide Traffic Signal Heads and Related Components, as per specifications, to be delivered to Traffic Stores/Central Stores and various other regional public agencies. The City of Tucson's overall usage for the materials in this invitation for bid is estimated to be approximately $150,000 per year. Interested Offerors may respond to all or any combination of Groups A, B, C, and D as outlined on the Price Page. Question Submission Deadline: April 11, 2025, 2:00pm QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Maritza Felix 520-837-4107 Maritza.Felix@tucsonaz.gov The term of the Contract shall commence upon award and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated, canceled or extended as otherwise provided herein. The Contractor agrees that the City of Tucson shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew the Contract for four (4) additional one-year periods or portions thereof. In the event that the City exercises such rights, all terms, conditions and provisions of the original Contract shall remain the same and apply during the renewal period with the possible exception of price and minor scope additions and/or deletions.
