The City of Springfield, Florida (the City) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architects and engineers, pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act), to provide design services for the Citys School Avenue Streetscape and Lighting Project funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) under the Hometown Revitalization Program (HRP). DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Planning, design and construction administration services for the School Avenue Streetscape and Lighting project. Proposed tasks may include site plans and site design; design of facility specific support structures; and design of facility infrastructure including, but not limited to, ADA compliant sidewalks, ADA ramps, stormwater facilities, outdoor lighting, electrical facilities, landscaping and irrigation, and associated permitting. Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the City may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all SOQs in whole or in part. The terms of the Complete RFQ documents control over this ad.
