2024 OWRB REAP Standpipe Rehabilitation This Project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools, to perform all necessary work as defi ned in the contract documents. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitate two existing standpipes located in Beckham County, OK No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A Non-Collusion Affi davit, and a cashier's check, a certifi ed check, or a surety bond in the amount of 5 percent of the gross Bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each Bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders and to successful Bidders upon approval of the Contract and submission of a 100 percent Performance Bond, a 100 percent Statutory Bond, and a 100 percent Maintenance Bond. The Beckham Co. RWD #2 reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
