Beckham County RWD No. 2 is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of an existing standpipe located in Beckham County, Oklahoma. The project requires furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary for the work as defined in the contract documents. Bidders must submit a sealed proposal that includes a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5 percent of the gross bid. Successful and unsuccessful bidders' deposits will be returned upon approval of the contract and submission of 100 percent Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds. Prospective bidders are urged to obtain bid documents through Parkhill and register as plan holders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the owner. For all additional requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions included in the bidding documents.
