Remodeling of a municipal facility in Jenks, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The following bid packages are included: Final Cleaning, Selective Demolition, Door Assemblies, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Flooring and Tiling, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical and Fire Alarm. Hand delivered bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder in the upper left-hand corner, and marked in the lower left-hand corner as "BID FOR: SINGLE BID PACKAGE # AND/OR MULTI-DISCOUNT PACKAGE #_." The envelope should be addressed to Thompson Construction, Inc. - Jenks ESC Remodel, Attention: Adam Bales, 205 East A Street, Jenks, OK 74037. Sealed bids will be recorded and evaluated for recommendation. Bids received after the official time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the official time may not be accepted. No bids may be submitted or changed after the stated submission time. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after submission. All bidders must provide a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of the Base Bid and Alternates with proposals for bids over $50,000. Successful bidders must provide a payment, performance, and maintenance bond if their contract is over $50,000. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive formalities or irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous.
