Work includes 02A Demolition, 03A Building & Site Concrete, 04A Masonry, 05A Structural Steel, 06A Architectural Millwork, 07A Roofing, 07B Joint Sealants & Waterproofing, 07D EIFS, 08A Doors & Hardware (Supply & Install), 08C Glass & Glazing & Storefront, 08D Overhead Doors, 09A Gypsum & Ceiling Assemblies, 09B Flooring & Tile, 09C Painting, 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 11C Athletic Equipment, 21A Fire Suppression, 22A Plumbing, 23A HVAC, 26A Electrical & Low Voltage, 31A Earthwork, 32B Asphalt and 33A Site Utilities. Crossland Construction Co. & the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. Cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids over $50,000. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid over $50,000. These costs are to be included in your bid amount. All questions shall be furnished in writing via email to: Parker Stroman pstroman@crossland.com or at 620-210-2705. The scope of work listed below should be priced in its entirety, which includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, means of conveyance, supervision, and any other associated costs to deliver a complete and finished system in full compliance with the contract documents. The Trade Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the system are installed and operational according to the requirements specified in the drawings and specifications. o Provide all building demolition as shown. Include weekend work for demolition at existing exterior wall for overhead and hollow metal doors to be coordinated by CM. Include temporary protection of openings utilizing plywood. o Include demolition of existing downspouts per C300. o Existing site concrete paving, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalk demolition to be by others. o Include demolition of existing dumpster enclosures, including walls and footings. o Include demolition for new door in the existing Fieldhouse building. o Include trimming existing cast stone sill to be flush with the CMU below. o Include demo of existing CMU and wall pads to allow for a new 3'-0" x 7'-0" door to be installed between the existing wrestling room and weight room. Wall Pads to be re-installed; store with CM.
