Renovation of a municipal facility in Pasadena, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish, deliver and install rollup doors and associated operators, perform rollup door upgrades on existing rollup doors, and open a doorway in two of the new rollup doors being installed. Bidders must possess and provide the following license(s) or certification(s) to be deemed qualified to perform the work specified: Valid C-61 Limited Specialty license with a D-28 attachment (Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices) to bid on this specification. Electronic Bid bond is required. Bidders must provide all required information for the City to verify the bond with their bid. The bond must meet the following requirements and characteristics: Bid security in the amount of five-percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids.
