Renovation of a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The requirement is for the provision of services under a Request for Proposal (RFP) identified as 36C24726R0011. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the specified project in accordance with the RFP and its attachments. The contractor shall adhere to all applicable codes, standards, and regulations while performing the work. Tasks involve detailed planning, execution, and compliance with performance specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. All deliverables must meet quality and safety standards as defined in the contract requirements. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due by 1/14/2025 at 1:00pm ET via email to gregory.snyder@va.gov. Late RFIs may not be accepted and offerors are responsible of ensuring questions are received on time. Responses to RFIs will be provided in question and answer form via a posted amendment at www.sam.gov. The Contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days. Magnitude of Construction: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
