HVAC Upgrade for Borah High School Cafeteria Bids must be on the bid form and accompanied by a bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount made payable to: Independent School District of Boise Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required within 10 days after receipt of a properly prepared Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Cost of bonds shall be included in contractor's bid amount. Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractors' State License Law. The Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best The scope of this project, located at the existing Borah High School includes athHVAC upgrade to the cafeteria with all related components. Scope of work shall include removal of existing steam convectors and related components, installation of new split system fan coils and unit ventilators, exterior ground mounted condensers on new concrete pads with chain link enclosures, interior ceiling mounted disappearing stairway, and additional work as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents.
