The City of Sunrise requires a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform maintenance and repairs for five (5) floating fountains. Maintenance every two (2) months and repairs as necessary on two (2) fountains located at the Civic Center; one (1) fountain located at the Nob Hill Soccer Complex. Maintenance every three (3) months (quarterly) and repairs on an as needed basis on one (1) fountain located at City Hall and one (1) fountain located at Fire Station No. 92. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, insurances, licenses, permits (if required) and incidentals necessary to perform the requested services. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide sufficient manpower to perform the work safely and expeditiously acceptable to the City in accordance with the terms, conditions and scope of services herein. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Sunrise Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
