Pre-qualified: Contractor Does Not Need to Be Pre-qualified. Performance Bond: A Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project. Advertised Estimate: The Award Amount and Contract Performance Bond Shall Be Based on the Department S Advertised Estimate Amount of $200,000.00 and Not the Contractor S Bid Total.
