Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to remove/reinstall all canopies, awnings or shade sails at various facilities and parks located within the City of Sunrise (City). The City of Sunrise Leisure Services Department is the primary user of this requirement. Interested vendors are encouraged to visit City facilities and park sites where the proposed services (canopies/awnings removal and reinstallation) will be performed to ensure a full understanding of the nature and extent of the work, along with conditions and requirements that may affect the work to be performed under this contract, prior to submitting a quotation. Prices quoted for removal and reinstallation must be per unit and inclusive of all costs including but not limited to labor, travel, mobilization, necessary equipment, supplies and incidentals, to complete required work for each designated City location. The Contractor shall furnish a written cost proposal to provide shade canopies and awnings removal and re-installation for new locations. The new locations shall be maintained in accordance with the statement of work in this proposal or one written specifically for the new location The Bidder must direct any inquiries on the specifications, additional requirements, attachments, terms and general conditions or instructions, in writing, either via U.S. Mail, Email, to the individual named on Page 1 at the Purchasing Division, City of Sunrise, 10770 West Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise, Florida, 33351.
