The City of Sunrise (City) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of approximately 180,000 pounds per year of powdered corrosion inhibitor to prevent corrosion, reduce scaling, prevent leaching of lead & copper, prevent biofilm accumulation and remove minerals that may cause red water, black water, and buildup on pipe walls. As an option, the City is also soliciting bids for purchase and delivery of liquid corrosion inhibitor for one of our water treatment plants (WTP) as described in the bid document. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Sunrise Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
