This RFP is for Design Build Services for Lift Station Basin 122 Improvement- Step 2. The City's approval of qualified firms, Step 1, was completed on September 15, 2025. Only qualified firms are allowed to participate in this Step 2. The City of Sunrise is seeking to qualify firm or individual for the design, permitting, and construction of the City of Sunrise Lift Stations 119, 120, 122, and 156 part of the LS 122 Basin Improvements Project. This project will be implemented using a design/build approach to expedite construction. The selected Design Builder/Design-Build Firm will be fully responsible for the final design, permitting, and construction of all aspects of the project.
