The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract, in the form of a purchase order, with the State of New Hampshire for the supply, integration, and installation of the items indicated in the "Offer" section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. The Commission is seeking bids from vendors to replace the current Audio/Video (A/V) system and provide A/V hardware recording system updates to replace the current aged system so that the Commission is able to capture audio (digital/analog) visual output within the entirety of Hearing Room A utilizes (requires integration) currently available video conferencing software capabilities, modern court recording software (Webex and For The Record (FTR) Gold Recording Suite)), and other transferable storage means of the recording (audio/video file) to provide quality A/V recordings (FTR) as needed to remote participants (Webex), court reporters, or transcription services.
