The Concord School District is looking to paint the interior/exterior of our District Schools. The areas of concentration are main entry vestibules, doors, door frames, classrooms, main hallways, and larger public spaces such as cafeteria, library spaces, and office spaces. The work period would go from June 23, 2025, through August 15, 2025. Work hours are from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Monday through Friday. All paint will be included in the contractor's price. The price shall be based on a crew of4 experienced painters for 160 hours, for 8 weeks, (1,280 Hours). The district reserves the right to change the schedule and concentrate on other areas in other schools as needed. Bidders must submit one hard copy of their proposal to Mr. Matt Cashman, Director of Facilities & Planning, Concord School District, 38 Liberty Street, Concord, NH, 0330 I. (No phone calls accepted). We also request an email of the proposal in a PDF version on the same date be sent to Matt Cashman (mcashman@sau8.org) and Mary Wyatt (mwyatt@sau8.org). Proposals should be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" papers. Proposals may include pictures, renderings of and information to help explain previous or similar work. The Concord School District reserves the right to postpone or cancel this RFP or reject any and all proposals for any reason. Bidders must submit a Lump Sum fee for the length of service. Prices will not be negotiated after bid submissions. The contractor must understand that work beginning in June of2025 cannot be invoiced to the district until July 1, 2025, or after. The set up of the billing cycle must be coordinated with the business administrator. Proposals should be printed on 8 14" x 11" papers. Proposals may include pictures, renderings of and information to help explain previous or similar work.
