Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deer Park, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

2025 Splash Pad The project consists of the construction of a 2,500 square foot splash pad in Mix Park. Ordering and installation of splash pad features with piping hookups and connections will be required. Additional sidewalk features will be made, along with site grading and the restoration of landscaping. Utility connections will be made to nearby facilities. In person acceptance of delivered bids will be available during posted City Hall hours prior to the bid opening deadline. All contractors must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Deer Park will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount. Rejection of Bids: The City of Deer Park shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
