As of August 19, 2025, project was awarded to Elder Demolition LLC, awarded amount is $164,680.48. The project generally consists of demolition, removal, and disposal of 32-foot diameter, 100-foot-tall steel standpipe reservoir, concrete foundation, and piping in accordance with the Contract Documents and specifications. Items to be salvaged to the City of Deer Park are identified in the project documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Deer Park will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount.
