The City of Springfield is requesting sealed proposals for performance of Phase II MS4 Monitoring. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal, and be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received. The final award will be subject to the execution of the contract. The City reserves the right to negotiate a final contract that is in the best interest of the City. Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified as written in "Notice To Proceed" by the Owner and to fully complete the project by June 30, 2025, thereafter, as stipulated in the specifications. Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $200.00 for each Calendar Day thereafter as hereinafter provided and delivered to the OWNER within ten (10) days of the formal construction contract.
