Replacement of Baseplate and Motor for Injection Well Pump Cone of Silence There May Be a Cone of Silence in Place for This Solicitation. Please Carefully Review the Solicitation Documents to Ensure Compliance With Any Rules Regarding a Cone of Silence. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. Questions regarding this Request for Quotations (RFQu) shall be made in writing to the Procurement contact for this solicitation, Dawn-Marie Mack, via e-mail at: dmcmack@miramarfl.gov. Questions are due by Thursday April 3, 2025 The successful Contractor shall: 1. Remove support legs and bracket from motor. 2. Remove existing pump and motor. 3. Uninstall existing baseplate. 4. Reinstall pump and replacement baseplate and motor. 5. Replace pump stuffing box, mechanical seal and all electrical wiring for disassembly and start up. 6. Provide crane service to include but not be limited to providing the crane, qualified operators, rigging equipment and transportation of the crane to and from the site.
