Project Category Code: Asphalt Pulverizing, Pavement Preservation, Bituminous Patching/Coating/Surfacing, Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance Question Deadline 04/09/2025 Description: The City of Menominee is seeking bids for the construction of the "2025 Chip Seal Project" that includes the following major items of work: o 97, 900 square yards of single chip seal, 13,000 square yards of double chip seal, 21,600 square yards of spray injection patching, 12,000 square yards of aggregate base conditioning, 950 square yards of HMA crushing and shaping, and 10.8 lane miles of overband crack filling. The City of Menominee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Menominee in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project.
