In general, the work consists of: Replacement of steam coils in existing AHU-1 and AHU-2 units located in the penthouse. If a project does not include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection divisions of work, bidders shall bring such matters to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the GPC bid opening.
