Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Solicitation Id: NW-01 The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 5.84 miles of USH 12 from Princeton Drive to STH 312 West in Dunn County. Anticipated to have a 2 mill and 2 overlay that also includes culvert related work (cleaning, brushing, and clean ditches), adding riprap at bridge B-9-119, high friction surface treatment (HFST) on one curve, pavement markings, and curb ramps. The resurfacing work will be completed under traffic using lane closures with flagging operation. Curb ramp work will need to consider temporary accommodations for pedestrians.
