The project involves pouring a 50-foot by 60-foot Concrete pad for an open-air steel pavilion with a metal roof, pouring five 10-foot by 10-foot Concrete pads, installing and anchoring five sunshades over the 10-foot by 10-foot concrete pads, Anchoring fourteen picnic tables, anchoring eight trash bins, anchoring ten grills, and removing Trees. Pour a 50-foot by 60-foot concrete pad Ideally the project is to start in the fall of 2025 and be completed by the end of 2025 Design and construction of a steel open-air pavilion with a metal roof over the 50-foot- by 60-foot concrete pad. (see Appendix A) Pour five 10-foot by 10-foot concrete pads Purchase five 14ft. sunshades, ten 6ft. black metal picnic tables, two black 4ft. ADA picnic tables, two black 6ft. ADA picnic tables, eight black 45gal. metal trash bins, and ten black grills (see Appendix B for examples).
