Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Salem, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
This work includes the replacement of the existing 25-foot long bridge with a 50-foot clear span cast-in-place concrete arched rigid frame and wingwalls with stone facing that carries Bridge Street over Spicket River in the Town of Salem, NH. Work also includes 610-feet of associated approach roadway work. Reference Bidding Documents for complete Instructions to Bidders, Bid Security, Bonding and general Contract requirements. The Owner will publish addenda inclusive of answered questions to the website. It is the bidder responsibility to obtain any addenda from the website and acknowledge the same in their bid.
