Renovation of a mixed-use development in Inglewood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project generally consists of the construction of: renovating the existing library into a multipurpose room, including repainting all walls, ceilings, and built-in casework; removing the carpet and installing VCT flooring; demolishing the circulation desk; replacing existing lighting with new LED fixtures; removing modular casework and repainting doors; and installing acoustic panels on columns and sections of the walls. The renovation aims to create a versatile space that can accommodate various activities and events.
