Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ogden, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Ogden City Hall for approximately 10,400 square yards of milling 2" deep and 1" scratch course on North First and 1,635 tons of 2" Type A HMA. Manhole risers to be installed when doing street. Minimum 18 to 24 inch straight fillets at driveways. Complete street sweeping after and keeping as clean as possible during construction is expected. Contractor to notify homeowners and be in charge of all traffic control. Work to be completed by August 1st, 2025. There will be a 5% retainage fee until work completed to city approval.
