Contractor shall furnish to Caltrans labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove existing roofing material and furnish and install an induction adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system consisting of thermoplastic polyolefin roofing membrane, cover board, insulation, flashing, bonding adhesive, fasteners, roof drains, and other accessories and components, not mentioned, which are required for a complete, securely fastened and weather tight installation, and furnish and install window tinting.
