Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. This is a New York State Prevailing Wage Project. Attention of bidders is called to the tax exempt status of St. Lawrence County. Bids should not include sales and compensating use tax on the cost of materials which are to be incorporated into the structure. St. Lawrence County reserves the right to consider all bids for a period of not to exceed forty-five (60) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, during which period bids shall not be withdrawn, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the Contract in the Owner's best interest. Substantial Completion shall be NLT Sunday, August 31, 2025.
