The Faculty Student Association of Schenectady County Community College, Inc., is accepting proposals from qualified firms to operate an Early Learning Center at the College as part of the FSA campus auxiliary services. Proposals shall cover all expenditures including labor to operate a program in a college-owned facility on its main campus in conformity with this Request for Proposal.
