The Project Includes the Following Work: the Project Includes, but is Not Limited to, Asphalt Removal, Base Repair, Asphalt Overlay, and Traffic Markings of Bayou Drive, Lola Drive, Turnberry Drive, Turnberry Way, and Turnberry Court. The Maximum Allowable Number of Consecutive Calendar Days for the Completion of Work (the Contract Time) is Set Forth in the Bid Proposal and Will Be Included in the Executed Agreement. The Project Will Be Subject to Liquidated Damages in the Amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($800) Per Consecutive Calendar Day for Each Day in Default After the Stipulated Completion Date. The Contract Time Will Begin When the Contractor Commences Work on This Project but No Later Than the Tenth Consecutive Calendar Day After Receipt of a Notice to Proceed From the Owner.
