Unpriced Specification Response submissions will be evaluated, and vendors meeting the required specifications will be invited to participate in the Electronic Reverse Auction process on July 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Approved vendors will be given detailed instructions regarding the reverse auction. The City of Diamondhead reserves the right to extend the auction date, if necessary, to complete the pre-qualification process. The City of Diamondhead hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged and women's business enterprises will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Diamondhead reserves the right to reject any bids and all bids and waive any informality. The City of Diamondhead reserves the right to award this contract based on the lowest and most responsive bidder which meets or exceeds the specified need of The City of Diamondhead and stays within available funding.
