It is the intention of the Tucson Unified School District to solicit bids for Grounds Maintenance Tools, Equipment, Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services. Solicitation is to contract with a vendor or vendors for TUSD Operations Ground department along with any other district site in need of ground maintenance tools, equipment, parts, supplies and repairs. Question Submission Deadline: April 28, 2025, 4:00pm Terms of Award The term of the contract shall be for five (5) years from the effective date of the contract award. It is the intent of the District to award a contract, beginning July 1, 2025 and continuing for period of up to five (5) years, through June 30, 2030. It is expected that the award for this contract will be made in 120 days. However, no commitment is made to this award date. A contract under this bid may be awarded to multiple vendors. The District reserves the right to make a multiple award to more than one offeror. The award will be limited to the least number of offerors that the District determines is necessary to meet the needs of the District.
