Contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment, and qualified supervision to remove and replace existing water lines and valves with new equipment. All work will be in accordance with the drawings, narrative, and specifications detailed for SAVAHCS Project: 678-21-107 Upgrade Water Distribution. All building systems and components will always remain 100 percent operational during the project. B. It is mandatory for the contractor to survey the site and get an accurate estimate of how much materials and labor the project will require. All the attachments and measurements are for reference only. Contractor will follow VA Construction Guidelines, the provided A/E specs, and equipment manufacturer’s specs.
