Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design engineering services to facilitate the replacement of an approximately 2-mile section of water line from the eastern intersection of N. Kinney Road and W. McCain Loop to the Ranger House located near the entrance to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. This project is being supported by a federal grant awarded to Pima County by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are encouraged to participate, and Respondents are encouraged to maximize the use of Certified DBEs where possible. Pima County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Withhold the Award for Any Reason.
