*As of April 15, 2025 this project has been awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC for $58,514.40. Type II Slurry Seal Project generally comprised of the application of a Type II Slurry Seal over five (5) roads in the Township, covering approximately 18,060 square yards, and all incidental work. Each BID, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID. Kingston Township is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount. Kingston Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. BIDS may be held by OWNER for a period of not to exceed ninety days 60 from the date of the opening of BIDS for the purpose of reviewing the BIDS and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the CONTRACT. Bidders may secure CONTRACT DOCUMENTS by contacting Verdantas Engineering at 570-221-7512. All construction work is included in one Prime Contract.
