The Project Consists of One (1) Base Bid of Improvements to the Following Roads: O 2nd Street (Between New York Avenue and Speed Hump in Front of 418) O 6th Street (Between Speed Hump in Front of 806 and Speed Hump in Front of 819) O 10th Street (New York Avenue to Frontage of 416 10th Street) O Morris Street (Between 12th Street and Speed Hump in Front of 1217) O 13th Street (Between Speed Hump in Front of 310 and Speed Hump in Front of 318) O Bergenline Avenue (Between 17th Street and the Speed Hump in Front of 1707) O 18th Street (Between Cliff Street and Speed Hump in Front of 160) O 26th Street (Speed Hump Installation in Front of 2601 New York Avenue) O 38th Street (Between Bergen Turnpike and the Speed Hump in Front of 649) O Bergen Turnpike (Between 37th Street and 38th Street, Northbound Side Only) O Palisade Avenue (Between 41st Street and 42nd Street) More Specifically, Work Shall Include Traffic Control, Hma Milling, Paving, Speed Humps, and Traffic Markings. All Work on This Contract Must Be Completed Within 30-calendar Days From Issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance Bond and Labor and Material (Payment) Bond for the Full Amount of This Project is Required. Contractor Must Submit Within the Same Sealed Bid Envelope - 1 Original Proposal Package and Two (2) Complete Copies of the Bid Package (Clipped, Not Stapled). The Award of the Contract for This Project Will Not Be Made Until the Necessary Funds Have Been Provided by the Owner in a Lawful Manner. Proposals for This Contract Will Only Be Accepted From Bidders Who Have Properly Qualified in Accordance With the Requirements of the Contract Documents.
