The scope of CLIN 1 is to construct (2) sites for the placement and operation of range radar threat emitters. The contractor shall construct a gravel area, provide lightning protection, provide power, construct a security fence and other various task as described in the SOW _ Construct (2) 150' x 150' x 6" compacted gravel pad as identified on the attached drawings as areas "MiniMuTe Site". (See layout schematic on page 2.) Pads will consist of gravel, crushed stone or similar all-weather material. The setup pad shall be graded to no more than a 4-percent slope in any direction. The soil shall have a minimum bearing pressure of 2500 psf. A gravel drive shall connect the asphalt road to the pad area. _ Install (2) metered exterior 200-amp electrical panels and receptacles capable of supporting two separate loads of 208 Vac _ 10% 3-Phase, 4 wire, 60 Hz, 20 KVA (preferred) or 480 Vac _ 10% single-phase, 60 Hz, 20 KVA (alternate). One wood light pole and light with switch and an exterior grade 120V receptacle. Contractor shall provide transformer and all electrical components to meet this requirement. Fence shall be tied to grounding loop. _ Provide (2) lightning protection: (2) towers and a grounding loop. Place per drawing. Height to be in accordance with FAA guidelines. _ Provide Air Force security signage. (2) per side and (1) on gate. Each pad. _ Provide and install a driveway access across the ditch on the West side MiniMute site. 36'' covert Total length 24' wide. Dirt or clay fill with crush and run layer 6'' below the layer of top soil. Contractor to hydro seed. The scope of CLIN 2 is to construct a gravel pad, add water, sewer, fence, gate, power for a modular office and other various task as described in the SOW. _ Construct a 75' x 50' x 6" compacted gravel pad. Pads will consist of gravel, crushed stone or similar all-weather material. The setup pad shall be graded to no more than a 4-percent slope in any direction. The soil bearing pressure shall be equal to or greater than 2500 psf. A gravel drive shall connect the asphalt road to the pad area. _ Provide an electrical drop for a 200-amp service. Contractor shall provide transformer and all electrical components to meet this requirement. Provide a sewer stub-out to the site and tie into the on-site sewer. Mini-MuTE Sites _ Provide pole mounted site lighting with exterior switch. _ Install 6' high 75' x 50' of industrial chain link fence with 3 strand barbed wire atop and a securable 16 ft double swing gate at drive. Fence shall be tied to grounding loop. _ Provide water meter for water stub-out. _ Provide Air Force security signage. (2) per side and (1) on gate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: CLIN 3 The scope of CLIN 3 is to purchase a modular office structure, place the structure on a foundation and hook up utilities. _ Modular structure shall have 2 offices and a bathroom. _ All set-up and connections shall be included. This shall include all electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Set-up shall follow manufacture recommended instructions. _ The size of the structure shall be between 375 - 350 SF. _ Modular structure shall have heating and cooling. Unit to be sized for the structure per applicable codes. A Bard unit is acceptable. _ Provide a foundation. The foundation shall be constructed of above grade single dry stack CMU piers. Blocks shall be leveled and tiedowns shall be provided to meet or exceed lateral wind loads and up lift per ASCE 7-10. _ Steel skirting to match siding shall be included. Skirting shall include frame, vents and access panel. _ Hitch shall be removed. _ General code metal steps with a 5'x5' platform shall be provided at the entrance. ADA ramp is not required. _ Flooring material shall be Vinyl-covered tile (VCT). _ Interior wall shall be Vinyl-covered gypsum (VGC). _ Shall include a fire extinguisher. _ A preliminary floor plan shall be submitted prior to ordering the modular structure for approval from CE.
