Renovation of a municipal facility in Price, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Please also bid as another line item, the Fire Training Classroom at 452 S Fire Tower Rd, Price, UT 84501. This can be metal sheet roofing, or 30 year architectural shingles. The project includes the following scope of work: 1. Removal of Existing Roofing: 2. Subsurface Repair: Inspect and repair any damaged subsurface materials as needed. Provide cost per square foot for replacement of damaged sheeting. 2. Installation of New Underlayment 3. Ice and Snow Shield: Installation of ice and snow shield in all necessary areas. 4. Flashings: Replacement of existing flashings where required. 5. Penetration Boots and Flashings: Installation of new penetration flashings 6. Replacement of Snow Melt System: Removal and installation of new wiring. Carbon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality of any bid, and to select the bid which in the opinion ofthe County provides the best product, warranty and/or service to the County.
