The Pavilion Will Serve as a Shaded and Powered Gathering Space for Event Participants and Spectators. Minimum Specifications Include: 30'x30' Metal Pavilion Structure Integrated Lighting and One Standard 120v Service Outlet 40'x40' Concrete Pad All Construction Must Comply With Applicable Local Building Codes and Permitting Requirements Bidders Must Carry General Liability Insurance With a Minimum Coverage of $2,000,000 for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Liability. Carbon County Must Be Listed as an Additional Insured on All Applicable Policies. All Proposals Must Include: A Detailed Scope of Work Construction Timeline and Estimated Completion Date Materials and Equipment to Be Used Warranty Terms on Both Materials and Workmanship. Carbon County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality of Any Bid, and to Select the Bid Which, in the Opinion of the County, Provides the Best Product, Warranty, and/or Service for the County.
